Right I have made a decision I am going to weightwatchers this week. I have a stone to lose and I am going to shift it. All the cheap chocolates have taken their toll. No amount of exercise with artha or frequent will shift it.

Don't want to do it online - what is the cheapest way of going to the meetings - I will do about 4 meetings and then do it by myself with the literature they give me. Did it years ago with super success but old points system. Any ideas lovelies? TIA

Just done the postcode thingy and apparently my area is poor. I know down the road is but our street is actually quite nice

Spiders - shiver! I hate them! There was a huge one in the living room the other day. I screamed, ran into the kitchen where OH was, got cramp in my toes and started hopping and screaming at the same time :rotfl::rotfl: OH went to kill it and apparently it crunched :eek:

I like mice, but only outside too. I tried to save one from my in laws cat. But the stupid thing ran away from me, straight into the cats mouth!

I also HATE ants with a passion!:mad:

Patty ..... when I went down the weight loss route, I used myfitnesspal.
It was good for me.
Its a calories counter available online, iphone and android I think.

It depends if you can go it alone, but its a no cost option
