If you like the idea of southern Italy, sun and culture then I highly recommend Sicily. I didn't stay at a resort but I know Thompson do all inclusive holidays there. It's gorgeous there with lots of sun and stunning views. There's good food and treats with lots of almond biscuits, amazing marzipan fruits, sweet filled cannolis, as well as you pizzas, pastas, seafood and stuffed meats. Mount Etna is stunning with loads of different craters to hike round. There are lots of historic sites to see due to the island's historic past and Greek influence.Don't listen to me, I'm no expert!0

How about an AI cruise?
We're doing this one in November...

...plenty of Ports of Call, lots of culture if you want, or just relax onboard.
Thomson cruises are really good vfm, especially if you can get the drinks package thrown in. We paid £1,069, inc flights, transfer, tips. Exursions are a bit expensive, but it's easy to do your own thing.0
