They refer to their service agreement so I asked them this ?
Not sure if I will get a reply on this one

A service agreement ? Does this give an entitlement for any lawful right of occupation or possessory rights title on this site, you did not answer my question.

Not normally, they have no real rights there,. Companies like NCP who actually own land would be the ones who would. These companies normally infest car parks, and leach off the clients of the retailers, its the only way they can make money. People who abuse car parks normally know to ignore this scam, we don't condone the actions of people taking the michael.

I questioned service agreement with them as they stated in their email

''In answer to your comments in relation to occupancy, APCOA parking are authorised to manage the site on behalf of the land owners by way of a service agreement. This agreement gives APCOA the right to issue parking charge notices to vehicles that are in breach of the terms and conditions of parking on site. This information is ready available on the signage on site. Should the matter progress to a small claims court we will provide a copy of such agreement."

Now correct me if I am wrong, how can Roxburghe now do anything as they presumably don't have such a service agreement, and from what APCOA say they have no further involvement in this PCN, unless of course Roxburghe request an instruction from APCOA to pursue this further ?

Quite happy to keep the email battle going with them, not costing me a stamp is it !!

Roxburghe are just collecting a debt that apcoa allege is outstanding. It's what they don't say is telling though, the fact that they can issue fake tickets, but they don't say they can pursue you into court, and this is where the scam falls down. 99.9% of the time they don't have the right, search on google vcs v ibbotson

As Stroma said, Roxburghe are just debt collectors and writing letters/emails is all they can do. It's up to you if you want to waste their time or just ignore them.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I agree, I like winding scammers up as well, they deserve it and I would do it too!

I also like keeping PPI reclaim idiots on the phone for as long as possible, normally by complaining that the phone is registered with the TPS so how did they get the number, can I speak to your Manager, etc. My next plan for next time they call is to actually pretend to be interested and answer a few questions about a mortgage I had (but without account number detail nor by agreeing for them to act for me) then to string them along a LOT before telling them that in fact I have already used the MSE template letter just last week and am in the process of reclaiming the money myself...:rotfl:

I kept Roxburghe on the phone for just over an hour the other week

Armed with the POF 2012 Act and the BPA code of practice
Just kept firing random questions and arguing with them, told them I had to go as someone was at the door lol

Is this a usual Roxburghe one .....

As this matter has not been resolved and no payment made blah blah blah

I have been instructed by our client to give you one final opportunity to settle this matter and I have been authorised to accept a lesser sum providing payment is made within 14 days

Please contact this office immediately to confirm what this amount may be and to make arrangements for the subsequent payment

Hmmm well I have called them in the past to say I am offering nothing.....they really don't seem to be getting the message

    Thoughts ??????

    :)
