Petty moan about bus change

When I used to work in a neighboring town (about an hour and half of buses). The bus to the town was fine, the bus from the town to where I worked was interesting, they didn't give change. So you where printed a credit for the change, you then had to go to their ever so helpful (not) customer services and get the change. They made you feel like it was such a chore them giving you your change.
Luckily I got my disabled bus pass not long after that, so I didn't have to deal with them again.
