Question about the Santander 123 credit card

Hey guys, I've just been accepted by santander for the 123 cashback card. When I activated the card by phone, I asked the advisor when the normal payment due date was. She said it was the 7th of every month.
I then asked when are statements usually sent out. She said 3-4 weeks before that date but she wouldn't give be an exact date. And she said I wouldn't receive my first one until may!
Does this sound right, and for people who have this card, when do you get your statements and how long do you get between the statement and payment date? Thanks

Everybody has a different statement/payment date. This depends when the account was opened and in which 'statement slot' you were fitted.
If you have on-line access, you can see when your next statement and the next payment is due. My next statement gets compiled on April 20th and the next payment is due on May 16th.
In your case, the statement should get compiled around the 15th and will be on-line the next day. Statement and payment-due dates fluctuate slightly by maybe +/- 2 days in either direction.0 -
If you want a different payment date then change it ASAP as it can be done immediately before the first statement date which will alway be for zero pounds. After that it take 2 months to change.MFiT-T3 #149: {Q4/14} (£46,447)-->(£0) ~ +£46,447=100%

Your statement date may be different to mine, but mine is prepared on 20th and payment date is by 16th of the following month.
I took mine out Sept 2011 had first statement Oct 2011.
As Gizmo says you can change payment date before first statement is prepared.EX-DFW, NOW AN MFW!! O/S Mortgage = £71004 on 12/01/13 Overpaid 2013 = £1000
