Self Cert Remortgage?

Does anyone know, which lenders offer Self Cert deals direct?

The only one I know so far, is Bristol & West.

Many Thanks

why would you want to go direct with self cert
I like to give people as many choices as possible to do what I want them to. (Milton H Erickson I think)

So you need a true self cert then. Not many of those about and certainly not available to joe public.

Go to any whole of market fee free broker. They'll sort it out for you. Brokers sometimes get deals that aren't available to the public too.

Not entirely true - I work for a subprime company who sells direct to our clients and we offer true self-certs

true self-cert does not even check your employment/trading status, so they will not contact your accountant or employer whereas the others may.

Also many advisers use "fast track" as an alternative to self cert but here the lender reserves the right to check your income.
