Dorset Seafood Festival Competiton Terms
These are the terms and conditions that govern the relationship between you, the entrant and Weird Fish Limited (the promoter), Freedom House, Rutherford Way, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL51 9TU

ELIGIBILITY
The competition is only open to residents in the UK. Entrants must be over the age of 18 and hold valid email address.

The following people are not eligible to enter the competition:
• Employees of Weird Fish, immediate family members and associated companies.
• Weird Fish assumes that by entering the competition you have the legal capacity to do so and agree to these terms and conditions.

HOW TO ENTER
Entries can only be made online via the Competition page
To enter the competition you must enter a valid email address plus full name. You must complete all information fields.
Only one entry is allowed per person.
There is no entry fee and no purchase required.
PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion opens at 09:00am on 26th March 2013 and closes at midnight on 22nd May 2013
Entries received before or after the stated dates will be included into Weird Fish’s database, but will not be entered into the prize draw.

PRIZE
There is one (1) prize consisting of two (2) night stay in Weymouth, one (1) Meal for two (2) people with a total value to no greater than £100 at the Dining Room in Weymouth. Two (2) standard tickets to the ‘Pop up’ cinema in Weymouth showing only 20,000 Leagues Under The Sea. One (1) £100 worth of Weird Fish Clothing. The prize is for two (2) adults sharing on a twin room basis.

The prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable. If, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to provide the stated prize, we reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value.

The holiday must be taken on the weekend of the 12th/13th/14th July 2013 (inclusive) All aspects of the holiday must be redeemed in one trip and booked through the Promoter’s nominated representative.
The winner is responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically detailed in the prize including but not limited any other travel, insurance, meals, drinks, and all necessary travel documents. When issued, the accommodation cannot be re-issued or changed in any way. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and there is no cash alternative or alternative prize of equal or greater value.

The prize must be redeemed within two (2) weeks of being notified by the promoter.

Any costs incurred over and above the basic prize are at the personal cost of the winner.
Any extra costs incurred on the accommodation and resturant are to be settled on departure.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize, of equal or greater value, at the promoter’s discretion.

The prize is subject to availability and cannot be exchanged.

SELECTION OF WINNER
One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all entries no later than 31st May 2013
If the winner cannot be contacted after two (2) attempts within three (3) business days of the draw date, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

Weird Fish reserves the right to select an alternative winner in the event that we have reasonable grounds for believing that a winner has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions.

The name and home county of the winner will be available for one (1) month after the prize draw takes place by sending a stamped self addressed envelope to Weird Competitions at the stated address.

GENERAL
By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (which may be amended or varied at any time by us with or without notice) and by our decisions which are final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
All changes to the Terms and Conditions will be posted in revised terms and conditions on the website.
We accept no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misaddressed, undelivered, postage due or misdirected entries.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
