Ordered something that hasn't arrived

Hi I wondered if anyone could help me, I ordered some plants from an online shop in France and paid using my credit card (£26)

The tracking provided says that the items were delivered on 26th March, but they have not arrived here.

I have sent two emails without any reply and used google translate to send one in French incase they don't understand English.

I am happy to wait for a reply but wanted to know if this is not resolved via the french store is there anything else I can do to get my money back if the plants do not arrive?

Thank you :)

You could do a credit card charge back via your card issuer.

Have you checked your parcel has not been left with a neighbour or left in a secure location.

Section 75 doesn't apply. It would be a card scheme chargeback.

A tad early for that, it's only 4 days and a holiday.

What are you looking at that says the items were delivered?
Many delivery companies will let you see a signature of who received them - or have a helpline to confirm where they are, it may be they've left them 'in a safe place' have a look around the garden etc.

Also some foreign courier companies can't track the item when it leaves their country so your delivery may in fact be the item entering britain - because they can't give any delivery info after that

It really depends what your looking at re delivery details
