It covers both Chargebacks and Section 75.

What is your point?
On page three there is stuff entitled...Disputed Transactions using the chargeback mechanism

NO.... In #2 Stclair said......You could do a credit card charge back via your card issuer.
While the file linked to is called S75 and 1st bit is about S75 there is more that is not.Never ASSUME anything its makes a>>> A55 of U & ME <<<0
