dilema- holiday to Bulgaria with free accomadation or all inclusive elsewhere?

got a bit of a dilemma

have won a week holiday accommodation only , in September to The vineyards Bulgaria ( was won in a cancer research raffle)


have looked at flights and for 2 adults will cost about £400, then we will need money for food etc.


have been looking on teletext website and for the same week can get all inclusive in Majorca for same amount as the flights to Bulgaria ?

dilemma is what to do as money is an issue, but have never been to Bulgaria whereas have been to the Balearics a couple of times?

Actually had quotes or you've seen adverts? Not necessarily the same thing.

They tend not to be available at the advertised price, although may/will be for an additional premium. On top of that they tend to charge for check in, transfers, allocated seating, baggage, meals etc etc on top of the advertised price.

In short you are not going to get a weeks AI in Majorca for £200 a head.

What star rating is the vineyards, have you read any reviews on it, does it sound nice i wouldn't be in a rush back to Bulgaria either.

hi the vineyards is a 5* as far as I can tell, just contemplating whether I would be better spending the money else where ?

Would probably be worth reading about the resort itself to see what there is to do in the area. It looks like it is around 7km from Sunny Beach.
