Does anyone know of a good sunscreen suitable for very sensitive skin - I suffer from rosacea:(Stopped smoking 27/12/2007, but could start again at any time :eek:0

@ melbury, possibly Avene? Their range does cover sensitive and rosacea skin, I think. You might want to try sample sizes first. I tried their SPF50 but found it too greasy for my face but they do a few others.
La Roche Posay are also supposed to be good, but they're not cheap!0 -
For those interested I bought a dry spray spf 30 five star uva/uvb Morrisons own brand for £2.99 and it works perfectly under make up, I would of prefered a higher spf but I think this is a pretty good start, I would use this on my body if I ever manage to find a higher spf that works under make up, thanks again for all the repliesAll power is from within and therefore under our control0

For a high factor sunscreen you could also look at the kids ranges, and hopefully they would be good for sensitive skin too.0

Is the sunsense range suitable for face, or do they have specific face ones?0

Micronised zinc is beneficial in rosacea, it's calming and a natural treatment for acne. Might try the DeVita range because they are all gentle natural ingredients, tho perhaps start with the face version not the BodyBlock. They are based on aloe vera which is healing and soothing, are you OK with that?

I've just spotted a few La Roche Posay facial suncreams that I like the look of. Not very MSE either at about £15 per tube, but with any luck they won't bring me out in spots, so I don't mind paying a bit more.0
