All travel must be booked by 20th June 2013 and travel must occur over the period 1st June 2013 to 31st March 2014. The following exclusion dates apply: 26 May 2013 to 26 June 2013 and 28 November 2013 to 1st January 2014.

The prize excludes travel insurance, passports, visas, meals unless stated below, baggage allowance not included in the price of the ticket, travel outside of confirmed itinerary or any costs of a personal nature. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the prize winner and travel companions.

Prize:
The major prize consists of: Holiday for 2 to Queensland (see below), plus £500 spending money. Prize is provided by Queensland, Where Australia Shines, Signature from Thomas Cook and Qantas.

Flights

9. 2 x return economy flights for 2 adults to Cairns/Sydney/Melbourne in Australia (exact airport will depend on holiday dates) with Qantas inclusive of taxes and fuel surcharges from London Heathrow Airport. Prize winners will also need to fly internally once they arrive in Australia if they haven’t been able to fly directly to Cairns (Tourism Queensland will arrange bookings and cover the cost of this) Subject to availability.

Accommodation

10. 2 nights staying at the Meridien Port Douglas staying in a studio room on a room only basis
11. 2 nights at the Pacific International Cairns in a standard room on a bed & breakfast basis
12. Tilt Train in business class seats from Cairns to The Whitsundays
13. 1 night at the Club Croc in a standard room including continental breakfast
14. 3 nights on board the Coral Trekker Cruise in a twin cabin inclusive of all meals
15. 2 nights on Hamilton Island staying at the Reef View Hotel staying in a Coral Sea View room on a bed and breakfast basis.
16. Tours and experiences detailed within the prize are included and will be booked in advance of travelling to Queensland. The tours and experiences cannot be exchanged for cash and are only redeemable by the prize winner.
17. Transfers to and from each accommodation and to and from the airport (in Australia only) are included in the prize.

Additional Terms and conditions

18. All itinerary items are subject to availability. Thomas Cook Signature reserves the right to vary the major prize itinerary, including changing flights, accommodation and tours, subject to availability. The prize winner may not alter the booking once it is confirmed. The major prize winner and travel companion must travel together at the same time on the same itinerary.
19. Travel insurance is not provided and the Promoter recommends the prize winner and all travel companions obtain comprehensive travel insurance including medical coverage (at their own expense) prior to travel.
20. Entrants must be eligible for a short term tourist visa to Australia. For visa information visit www.immi.gov.au/visitors/tourist. The prize winner and travel companion must arrange and pay for their own tourist visa to Australia prior to travel. The Promoter will not be held responsible for any visas that are not approved prior to the travel date resulting in inability to travel. Ineligibility to obtain a visa results in cancellation of the prize and re-draw.
21. The Promoter shall be entitled to cancel the prize and itinerary without notice should the prize winner or their travel companion engage in any inappropriate, illegal or immoral behaviour, use excessive alcohol, artificial stimulants or illegal drugs, or act in any manner which brings the Promoter or any person or organization involved in the promotion into public disrepute.
