Please Help I Have Recently Placed An Order With Bargain Crazy For 2 Items To Combine P+p I Received My Order Confirmation And Told Items Would Arrive Shortly.i Received 1 Item But Then Told The Other Item Was Out Of Stock,although In Stock When I Ordered And Order Confirmation Also Said In Stock.
Do I Have Any Argument With Them To Complete The Order Thanks

The preces are excellent I have shopped over 10 times and had no problemns.I think you would be wasting time complaining,IF ITS OUT OF STOCK ITS OUT OF STOCK.

I had a similar experience and emailed them immediately making the point that had my complete order been fulfilled I would have been happy, but, in the light of my reduced order the increased postage costs on the remaining items rendered them less of a bargain, there was no debate they simply advised it was too late for them to cancel the order but they would refund the postage costs in full which they promptly did.
