    Afternoon all,

Had a busy morning so just sat down with a brew and a piece of hm apple cake mmm even though I says so myself.
halight cinnamon would be lovely with the weetabix cake you could also add a teaspoon of ginger if you wanted to spice it up a bit.
Welcome Good Advice, thanks for the info on the quilt making, I would love to make a large quilt for our bed, a bit ambitious I know but I wouldn't know where to start. I shall watch that tomorrow.
I'm another who would dearly love to dry outside, it's just not warm enough here in Manchester yet. I've tried every week virtually since January. My mum dries all year around more or less in Yorkshire but I fear I will be waiting until the end of April:( I do avoid the dryer where possible and dry on the maidens in the laundry.
JackieO the throw looks fab, I've taken a pic and i will post it if I can work out how to?
jools that sounds lovely, we are on a chicken bhuna tonight, home made of course, anyway back to my blanket:D

    Hello everyone

Can't believe it's nearly April, it is so cold out there still. We've had a couple of snow showers earlier. we've also had a bit of sun and now it is just dull

Have been doing a bit of cooking to put away in the freezer for another time. Also prepared the apples for tomorrows apple pie.

When I was out this morning I noticed M&S have 20% off Per Una for Easter, so will take DH there on Monday so he can buy my birthday present from a couple of weeks ago!
