am a little annoyed as i have 2 children aged 14 and 15 but this doesnt cover them, seriously how is a child classed as under 12?

I'd still try if I were you, and offer to pay a supplement for your kids if you win. I have only one child but often enter comps for holidays for 2 people, thinking that if I only have to pay for her it's still cheaper than paying for all of us! The only problem is, most of them restrict the dates to term time only, even with the family holidays.

It says in the T&Cs that "If Family is larger than two adults and two children RMS will do their best to fit in with options." so if this is the case, maybe they would be willing to do their best to accommodate older children.

Thank you for further clarifying the competition terms, it certainly one that you have to think about before entering, every hour has wonderful trips and this is good for families with young children. Who ever wins, lets hope the weather picks up and it's a warm and sunny when you go
