The deals are in store as well, yes. I went in there yesterday and lots of stuff had between 10% - 60% off.

It's the £3.95 delivery that puts me off - same with hotel chocolat.

The mailer I received said the easter eggs on this page were half price, too, but they're not on the site, for some reason.

I received one of the childrens Easter Hampers on Wednesday and half of it was missing, got straight onto customer service, took me an hour to get replacement items which were promised for Saturday, did not receive them, rang at 3.45pm to find out the order not processed fully so not despatched and no one told me, not happy as you can imagine !! They agreed to a part refund but felt really annoyed as had to run out at the last minute for replacements. Don't think I will risk ordering again when its for a special occasion- staff don't seem to be able to sort out issues - say they will and it does not happen. Great customer service or what !!

Was that the "chocolate" hamper? I noticed that 2kgs+ is actually toffee and fudge. With my bridgework, I couldn't risk it!
