EBay search e-mails sent in plain text rather than HTML

I have a number of saved searches for EBay. Today all my e-mails arrived in plain text rahter than HTML. i have not altered any of my Outlook settings - all other e-mails were fine. I have not altered any EBay settings. Any ideas how to turn them back to HTML or is this something I should ask their helpdesk.

You could ask them to fix it or just wait.
