I have been checking some of my NPB's and it would appear (by reading feedback) that they are not NARU even after three strikes!!!
Anyone shed any light on this?

I didn't think you could check they had strikes.
Do you mean that they have 3 negs or more for non-payment? In that case it's possible that sellers have just left negative feedback and not gone through the NPB process.
Either that or they have left feedback first, and the NPBs haven't completed yet. e.g. when you get those annoying emails from buyers saying "Sorry I bought this by accident and don't want it". So you file a neg on day 1 but they don't get the strike till 8 days later.0 -
I agree with VH in that I wasn't aware that there is any way at all to check NPB strikes on a buyers account.
The three strikes do have to be from unique users so if a person has lots of negs from one user that will only equate to one NPB strike.
However, it is frustrating to see buyers rack up a lot of negs for non payment and still remain in ebay, I think a lot of people are mystified by the whole NPB process and don't actually complete the whole process to put a strike on the buyers account.
Incidentally has anyone come across the new non performing seller option yet? I reported someone the other day for not sending my item and instead of the usual email from ebay I got an email that referred to the seller receiving a warning about appropriate actions being taken. My item also arrived very quickly afterwards so the warning must have been good!
