Choice of docking station for iPod 5 Touch

I have just been browsing these in JL and the Apple shop. i know already that only a small number will work with iPod 5 or iPhone 5 without an adaptor.
I saw one for approx £100, one for £200 and one for £300. The £100 one was by Phillips. I am inclined to go for this price as I don't want to pay more and then find it is superseded very quickly. I have just given away my old one on Freecycle as it was only compatible with my old ipod Nano 4th gen.
Has anyone bought a docking station specifically for iPod 5? Is it to be recommended?
