Had an online shop delivered this morning, and the packer had forgotten to put our beef joint in. Driver was instantly onto the store to find out what happened (central customer services were busy) when he got back. Had a phone call within the hour and a beef joint about triple the size I ordered and big bunch of flowers have just been delivered! Well done Tesco Aylesbury
