Correct, we are
Life starts at 40, or at least it better had.The best day of your life is the one on which you decide your life is your own, no apologies or excuses. No one to lean on, rely on or blame. The gift is yours - it is an amazing journey - and you alone are responsible for the quality of it. This is the day your life really begins.0 -

Mine was Ashes to Ashes by the one and only David Bowie
As my mum was being wheeled into theater (I was a 12lb 10ounce toddler when born. Still on record as one of the biggest born in Aylesbury lol) apparently both mum and the sperm donor aka biological dad were arguing what to call me. The Hollies were playing in the background curtiousy of the surgeons "Hey Carry-Anne" :-D So that was my name x
On my mum's 50th I managed to get hold of a white label of this song and framed it.
My OH was Welcome Home by Peters and Lee. Again very appropriate as he was the 1st ever baby in an incubator in Northampton when born. He was baptised in the incubator as they didnt think he would survive the 1st 24 hrs. His mum says she still cries when she listens to this song x0
