When could we start getting the house valued
Last payment to IVA has just been made, and 5.5 yrs later we would like to move now...they didn't ask us about releasing equity so is the house 'safe' to sell???

Congratulations on making your last payment, might be best waiting till you have your completion certificate before selling especially if it does have some equity in itRoll on DFD, final payment 1st October 2017 :beer:0

congrats on your last payment i am going into my final year now April 2014 will be 5 years. Cant wait!!!!. Did you have any bad experiences. I have to say i would think twice about an iva next time, i feel it was completely mis sold to me 4 years ago.0
