Hazarding a guess it might stand for Home Office Pension Service/System?

Complete guess though to be honest!
  • yeah i thought that but my pension isn't kicking in yet as its capability that if been finished on so my pension is frozen til I'm 60. I'm also 8 months pregnant so I wondered if it may be to do with my SMP. its an FPI instead of a BGS which NOMS use which is a BACS payment.
