anyone use game account? my account emptied....

i newly signed up yesterday to game account as i had some spare cash in my paypal account so thought i would try it - i put £10 in and they matched it with £10 of their own - i played 3 games at £1 a game and had £17 left - this morning i have logged in to play and my account is empty......i have emailed them and am waiting to see what happens......

as i paid via paypal i contacted them when gameaccount didnt reply - they got me my money back - woooooooooooo0
