My zafira is becoming unreliable. Spent 600 last week getting it through mot and it has broken again.
I need a car that can fit 1 baby seat and 2high back boosters in the back seat. I would prefer one which is economical to run, cheap insurance and tax and reliable.
Has anyone got any ideas. My budget is around 2000. I think.
I know nothing about cars so would welcome any ideas

We need it for mostly around town and a longer trip every couple of months. Dont know if that helps.0

A newer zafira? get a newer higher mileage example?0

Ours has cost a lot of money in repairs and its only got 44 thousand miles on it. Not sure if i should keep it or buy a newer one or a different car altogether. I love it every other way but fed up of paying garages.0

Too many short journeys? Much worse for a car than doing 200 miles up and down the motorway each day.
Spent £600 on it.. What have you had done though? Most of it should be new now?Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
Most of it should be new. In addition to the 600 we just spent on it, it ha a new engine 6 months ago. Well, second hand new.0

Probably worth spending the money fixing the one you have rather than buying more problems. Any replacement car will have been sold for a reason...

Yeah checkout the thread along the lines of...
we traded in a faulty car and they sold us a faulty car.
The more owners they get the riskier it is to buy them.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0
