I purchased some "heavy duty" wallpaper from G & B, not cheap £19 per roll and to cut a long story short, it turned out not to be heavy duty but almost translucent.
After a couple of complaints, which they disputed, they have finally agreed to cover the cost of the decorator returning to strip, line and redecorate the room and even supplied the new wall paper AND lining paper.
Their customer service was top notch and I'm delighted with the result. The customer service lady even emailed me yesterday to make arrangements with the courier as I'd missed the delivery as I was at work. She contacted them, then me and arranged a safe place to leave the boxes.
I'm astounded by the result and the level of customer shown, other companies could learn a lot from them.
