linked address in credit report

I get a free half yearly report through Equifax and when I requested for my report today, there is a linked address which was a different address from where I lived in before. Will this linked address affect credit rating? If so, how do I get it unlinked?

Report it to Equifax so that they can fix it. And check Experian and Noddle as well.0
