Acrylic paint such as Endurance is good for the kitchen as it wipes clean easily, unlike the normal matt paint. However, don't use it for the mist or first coats, it does not cover as well as normal paint, so you might need a mist coat, first coat and two coats of Endurance. I think you'd better get moving. :)

Gazfocus, B%Q had an offer on for the crown paint you mentioned, not only was it a good price, but it was on BOGOF, so I did.

Biggest mistake for a while in the decorating department, it is as you said, absolute rubbish.:mad:

I think I have about 18ltrs left from the 20 and can see a use for it apart from sealing new plaster, again,:mad:

I should have known better and gone for Wickes paint, it's always been great, but unfortunately the price has now crept up inline with premium brands, but I'll go back to it.
I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.

Will the grammar and spelling police respect I do make grammatical errors, and have carp spelling, no need to remind me.;)

Always expect the unexpected:eek:and then you won't be dissapointed

I took up that B and Q offer. They give you the cheapest price of. Bought x3 tins of that expensive Endurance paint, only used two, took the third one back, and they refunded X 1 can (£38), so nly ended up paying for 1 can ! They said no problem.

My other half has the misfortune to work for them, she lets me in on all the loopholes, some you wouldn't believe;);)
