I would go for a Lenovo laptop as they are sturdy and relaible devices that will fit all of your requirements

Dell used to offer a range of machines with Linux some years ago. These days they offer only one laptop with Linux but it's a high end machine.

The other alternative, other than a Mac, is to find a machine that comes without and OS and then install the Linux of your choice on it. You could even opt for a decent second hand machine.
