What's best Euro to Sterling exchange rate deal?

I have a friend who has recently set up his own business as agent for a European company. Hence all his agency fees and commission payments are sent to him in Euros.
Anyone have any good tips for minimising the losses on exchange rates when converting to sterling. He has a Euro current account at NatWest. Also any tips for minimising his tax liability on the commission payments, which could be potentially very large, i.e. in excess of £200,000 on any one project?

He should have a look at getting a Citibank Euro account. Have a look on the Citibank website for more details."An eye for an eye leaves the whole world blind" - Mahatma Gandhi0
