My Natwest IPhone app not connecting today

Not sure if yesterdays app update has caused a problem but I have tried using the app today and get the message "This app requires an internet connection to work"
Well all my other internet stuff is working so wondering if there is a problem?

I just wish they would have a service status link on their website as do PlusNet who I'm with & who do update with the facts of how their services are operating. Unless NatWest do have this link & I have missed it.0 -

I'm not sure they have anything like that on their homepage but when I logged into my account this morning there was a message apologising for the app not working and saying they were aware and trying to fix the fault (or something to that effect)0 -

Yes I did it the same & logged in on my laptop but nothing on then but at least saw why my account on my text alert earlier was shwoing £200 more than I thought.0 -
