I'm a bit late posting for the week, but I will just put the rest of the week down. I did change today as I had a small pack of y/s lamb which would not have been enough for the 4 of us, but the dd's were unexpectedly out for dinner, so DH and I ate it!
Mon: Lamb casserole, rice, green veg.
Tue: Omelettes, chips and beans.
Wed: Pasta, either cheesy or tomatoey sauce, whatever I get out the freezer!
Thursday: Fish pie and peas.
Fri: Chilli with either wraps or nachos.
Puddings: chocolate eggs!!!
Lunches: Soup, sandwiches, rolls or beans/ cheese on toast.0 -
Monday: HM pizza
Tuesday:Tomato tuna pasta.
Weds:Turkey curry and rice
Thursday: Sausage and mash
Friday:fish and chips
Saturday:Lamb casserole

Just got back of holiday yesterday, used up everything we could before we went so trying to get the stock cupboard back up to board.
All Breakfasts - For Me its a bagel with jam and peanut butter, used the last of my HM jam so onto overly sweetened commercial *shudder* jam. For himself, cereal.
Lunches - For me as I found a few items in the freezer is salmon and rice every day, for himself its cheese sandwiches with lots of leftover chocolate, this all depends as I think a couple of days will be leftovers!
Snacks - Apples and Grapes, oh and lots of tea!!
Dinners:
Monday - Reduced chicken and bacon bake with garlic bread
Tuesday - Spagetti Carbonara with chicken instead of bacon, forgot to pick some up, facepalm. Will be adding peas and carrots to the mixture.
Wednesday - Chilli with extra kidney beans for me with veg and rice, done in the slow cooker.
Thursday - Honey and Mustard Chicken with veg and rice, done in the slow cooker.
Friday - Fish fingers, mash and veg
Saturday - Double egg, sausage and chips
Sunday - Sunday Roast (Chicken, roast pots, veg, stuffing ball, Yorkshire pud and gravy)
Pudding - Sugar free jelly for me and non sugar free for himself and probably bits of leftover Easter eggs!Nessy x

For us this week:
Sun: roast chicken with veg
Mon: hm soup and hm bread
Tues: lo chicken with stirfry veg and noodles in a sweet chilli sauce
Wed: sausages in a spicy hm tomato sauce with pasts
Thurs: hm kebab with pittas/salad (from takeaway secret book)
Fri: DS1 choice
Sat: hm coq au vin from the freezer with rice and hm bread2016 is the year I am going to find time for me, and cherish the time I spend with my friends and family.It is also time to save - Aim £4,000 - So far this year - £230/£4,0000 -

Funnily enough the chef on Superscrimpers made exactly this today, and i immediately thought of your post. I'm on SW so the milk and cheese in the same dish will be tough going especially with meat aswell, but would like t try it. Thanks.
