Good morning everyone!
Happy easter weekend everyone. Im taking the best of both worlds, having had my passover seder last week and having lots of easter eating this long weekend.
got loads (3 kilos!) of cheese yesterday at wholesale cost, so need to eat through some of that as it is taking up lots of space in the fridge.
Tonight: Leftover Chicken Carcatore on pasta with leftover salad - last week's new meal, really scrummy and suspect it will taste even better today.
Friday: baking afternoon to economize on the gas - roast veg lasagna, honey cake, banana bread, two quiches (one mushroom, one bacon and onion) for saturday. Lasagne with salad for dinner
Saturday: Saturday brunch with friends, fruit salads, maybe french toast, quiches, banana bread and honey cake - leftovers for dinner if we are hungry again
Sunday: A friend is planning a big roast lunch, will make Yorkshire puddings or maybe bring leftover cake
Monday: Leftovers - should have loads by this point!
Tuesday: Cheats Satay with noodles and stir fried veg
Wednesday: Leftover lasagne
