Ryanair flight problems

Hi I booked flights for myself and my husband from Stansted to Maastricht with ryanair, going for three nights. Ive also booked a hotel and some very expensive concert tickets to see Andre Rieu while over there.
this was supposed to be a nice anniversary break for my husband and myself.
Now Ryanair have informed me that my flight is cancelled and I will travel a day later. My return home flight has been left on the same day though so I amlosing a day of the holiday I paid for.
Ive tried changing my return flight but the website wants an extra £150 as flight prices have increased since I booked. I dont feel this is fair. I have tried and tried to find a way of contacting ryanair, but cant find a phone number or an email. My only option is to accept the change and lose a days holiday, even though its all paid for, or cancel the flight and rebook at a much more expensive price. do I have any rights here and any way of contesting this?

Regarding rights it depends how far in advance the flights are.
If you go to https://www.Ryanair.com, right at the top of the page is the option "Contact Us" try clicking on that and then on the options given.
there are phone numbers etc. there0 -
I'm also sure they'll change you're return flight for free if you ring them. Ryanair are usually very accommodating when it's them that's changing your schedule. There was a post on here recently where they changed someone's route completely
The number can be found here: http://www.ryanair.com/en/questions/contacting-customer-service but from the UK it's 0871 246 0000 and costs 10p per minute.0
