First Direct and Halifax Accounts

No. 2 is a bit of a wordy question - I hope someone is able to understand my meaning and answer it.
1) While switching from a Halifax Reward Current Account to a First Direct account, is it possible to keep two direct debits/standing orders with Halifax?
2) Is it possible to switch banking to First Direct, claim the £100 for switching, while keeping a Halifax Reward Current Account open and transfer across £750 each month from the new First Direct account into the Halifax Reward Current Account and back again into the new First Direct account, so as to qualify for the £5 reward from Halifax?
3) Does the £750 have to remain in the Halifax Reward Current Account, or can it be transferred in from First Direct for a day or so and transferred back again?

It's 1K until May, and yes, as soon as it shows up in your account you can transfer it back. So you can go there and back within 5 minutes usually.0
