But of course the OP will then take it to POPLA with a stronger legal challenge appeal. Such as discussed here on pepipoo:

When you get your rejection and POPLA code, Funkypunky, let us know and read other threads to see what needs to be added for POPLA. You will need MUCH more than that basic wording in a POPLA appeal.
