Since yesterday, everytime I open / refresh a web page a pop up at the top of the page appears "This website wants to run the following add on Adobe flash player"

I click on the link, select run, but nothing happens, as I say, it keeps appearing everytime I open / refresh a webpage.

Any suggestions?

    If you are using Internet Explorer try putting settings back to their default values by going Tools/Internet Options/Advanced Tab
