Hubby losing his job has affected my studies

I'm currently in my first year of a joint honours degree (History & Sociology) and my first semester went really well, I achieved 2:1 grades in all my modules, but unfortunately my husband was made redundant in February and since then I am struggling terribly to concentrate on all things uni related because of all the worries that have come with him being unemployed.
I have just over 5 weeks to do 4 assignments and I'm panicking so much that I just can't seem to get anything done. I just wondered really if anybody had any tips on refocusing and getting motivated?
Thanks

When I was studying years ago one way I could do it properly was either in local library or sometimes in the car parked away from home obviously no good if you dont have a car or its cold. Doesnt prevent you for worrying about others though I mainly did it to get away from distractions0

Exercise/ physical activity, the recommended 10000 steps a day plus at least 20 minutes three times a week as high intensity as you are capable of health wise.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0

If this is really affecting your ability to study, then I would suggest applying for mitigating circumstances through your department.0

Perhaps you could remind yourself that you're now the family breadwinner and your student income needs to continue next year?
Hopefully, your husband is taking over all the housework and childcare so you can concentrate on your work; 4 assignments in 5 weeks is perfectly doable.
Good luck.0 -
Try studying in the uni library if that helps.
On a more practicle level your husband should try getting work through an agency (if he hasn't already), as it may help aleviate some of the stress.0
