Following on from your post Jamie, of which I entirely agree, these articles show how the Judiciary are reacting now to the cost savings from the legal aid reforms and also the general perception of the "compensation culture" which has endlessly been trotted out by the press and the likes of Aviva, sorry I meant the ABI

Generally it is useful for low value accidents excluding injury where a no win no fee solicitor cannot be used.
I beg to differ. My solicitor only pursued a motorist for my clothing, excess and losses when I was knocked off my bike. My only outgoing was a court fee, which was refunded when the other party's insurer settled on the steps of the court.0 -

Some great detail here around legal protection and having used it for an industial triburneal I thing is a great thing to have but I have just realised having 3 policies with the same insurance company I have paid for legal protection on each policy.... do I realy need to pay for each policy or should one payment cover all?0
