how do i find out if my pc is wireless enabled

a proper pci adapter is much better than a dongle thingy.

Both my desktop PC's ( 4 yr old Medion and 1 month old HP) came with wireless cards as standard.

Easiest way to tell is if there is an aerial on the back of the PC (or in the box of accessories).
