dad has been inconsistent any after conseutive court appreances ad cafcass report are not in his favour.
the judge thinks its just dragging on but i think there must be some guide lines or previous cases like this we can follow.
Dad is suspected of Autsim also but deny this due to the fact he will neeed to be dignosed and the stigma and highlight the disparoval by cafcass also

I have always found these people helpful: http://www.childrenslegalcentre.com/

I would also consider the Parenting & Family Institute; and the National Autistic Society

I also think that one of the most helpful sets of people will be the health & educational professionals who know the child. They will be "neutral" regarding the parent, but will have very good ideas about what conditions should be set if there is contact; cafcass will probably use them to set guidelines (sounds as if you might have already done this, not sure)
  • I think you need to clarify whether you are actually seeking to prevent him having contact with his child on the basis of his being on the autistic spectrum.
I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.

Nope, thta does not wash. Dad showing signs of autism is neither here nor there when it comes to the question of whether contact should be permitted - it only comes into play for the question of whether any special arrangements must be made
You might as well ask the Wizard of Oz to give you a big number as pay a Credit Referencing Agency for a so-called 'credit-score'
  • Dad will probably be granted access but this maybe supervised if there are real concerns about his condition or how he copes with the son's condition.
