Been reading here that they are introducing a yearly fee , I haven't had any corresponce from them informingme of this - when does the fee start? Website still advertising the card as no annual fee 
Also, how is the Cashback paid out ? I currently have £80 sitting in there - does this get subtracted off your bill , or transferred into your current account?

You can ask for them to send you your cashback in the form of a cheque, in multiples of £15
And the fee only applies to the classic card, so maybe you have the Platinum?0
