esa appeal today

hi i got my esa appeal at 3pm today, im nervous as hell, welfare rights have done a good report. but my friend said i should get it, as he says im having 6 may be 7 small fits in the few hrs that he see me, per day, i only said 2 or 3 a week, wish i knew this sooner

went for my esa appeal yesterday, they decided do my dla appeal same time, how nice of them, i got high mobility and medium care, so dla appeal went well, as for esa that i got wait for as said have scored over 30 points not their decision to make, have to wait for dwp to decide, what happends now, are t5hey going force me into work as not able see that well, also not able use my right arm, they were more interested in my last job years ago laboratory assistend, shame let medical knolage go to waste,
hense i told them swabbing cottage cheese machines not medical. now just have to wait, and doctor was nice but judge not so nice

They certainly can decide on your ESA entitlement, and make a decision as to your actual entitlement - and points.

Do you have the actual decision notices - there should be two - one for ESA, one for DLA.

hi just an update, got letter from tribunal, place in wrag
appeal is aloud
the decision made on 7" december 2011 is set a side
im entitled to esa with the work related activity component
got 15 points 10a
no schedule 3 descriptors apply
does not reassess me for 12mths
decision notice issued to appellant and respondent 27" march 2013

will i get my back pay that they owe me, and how long does it take, thank you
