What do you mean a claim form? Has this gone to the small claims? We NEVER say to ignore genuine court papers ever! When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

It isn't your fault that this bounty-hunting is still rampant.
No need to become prey to them, or worry about same.
IGNORE! - BUT AS STROMA WRITES, NEVER IGNORE COURT PAPERS.
So, are these Court Papers, or just threats, escalations purporting to lead to them?

Trethowans have been known to take cases to court but they have nothing to do with dentistry or orthodontics...:rotfl:
Sounds like you have a real (authentic?!) claim form, so post a pic of it in a new topic on pepipoo for help to defend it, you can't deal with this alone:
http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showforum=60
That will give the pepipoo posters something to get their teeth into...:o:pPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
