I am contemplating selling my Wii and getting this instead. Seems like a great deal.

:beer: Strangely enough i have a Xbox 360 but am on the lookout for any good deals on the Wii .

Don't get me wrong the 360 is awesome and this is a great deal but the Wii just seems more of a familly set up which is what we want .

I'll still keep my 360 for myself though as well:T

just searching the net for deals on xbox 360 here what i found:
Core (basic)


boots core package £149.99 (not delivery)


Premium Package £249.99 (includes delivery)

Tescos had some great stuff but better options out there unless you had some codes which seem to be under £10

So far the Play.com packages looks great. I have found a guy on ebay who selling Premium packs that are faulty (mostly just consoles) that come with the entire premium accessories, so buy the cheap core system and pay and additional £49 for the top up!

I have just got my Xbox from Play, but I ordered an extra game (Oblivion) that didn't arrive with it - there was no deliver note so I can't check if it should be with it. Does anyone know if it should have come in the package, or do you think it will come seperately?

Yeah. this happened to me a while ago. Dont worry it would have been posted separately to the "bundle". Play like to send out loads of seperate parcels for some reason. I bought 5 DVD's all with a 24 hours dispatch time, and then all arrived in seperate parcels! Random!.

Just sit tight, should be with you tomorrow!

Oblivion arrived today. I loved Morrowind, so I can't wait to get my teeth into this!

Just in case people are unaware, amazon.co.uk are now doing the £289 play.com package (360 Premium, extra wireless controller and 4 games) for £269.99 - 20 quid cheaper. Its the best deal anywhere on the web or in stores. An absolute bargain!! Be quick though offer is only on until 30th May.. Ive ordered mine :j
