Oh it does, try it and see.....I'll post you my quidco return when i ordered an XBox 360 from Play and then returned it about 20 days after delivery because Parcelfarce couldn't find us!

Just be wary, there is a new "Extreme" 360 around the corner with built in HD drive, so expect the 360 prices to fall

Not till October, and the current one has a hard drive too (premium)... the elite's is just bigger (100Gb).

The more likely thing to make the prices fall is when MS start using 65nm tech, which is end of the summer.

It has defo not got a built in HD-DVD Drive. Just 120gb hard drive, it's black, has HDMI connector and may use the cheaper/cooler new 65nm CPU's. The DVD drive may be a Benq which is suppose to be quieter.

Ah, I assumed poster meant Hard Disk not High definition because yeh it defo doesn't have one of them onboard...

Considering you get an HD drive on the PS3 (blu-ray) and it comes with an HDMI port and from what i saw in HMV the graphics do look stunning on the PS3, it isn't actually too overpriced...

I don't expect the launch of the 360 elite to make too much difference to the price of the others...Very few people will actually be bothered about it's extra features.

I supposed MS might see it as a good chance to restructure pricing though, guess we'll see...In the meantime, however, this deal is pretty good compared to what's elsewhere...

And yeah, the PS3 isn't too bad-value, I guess...Couldn't live without my rumble though
