Can i add my wife onto my bank accounts

Hi a long long long time ago i had 2 current accounts with the Bank of Scotland which were in my sole name. I also have joint accounts with my wife for some time with another bank. After clearing out old invoices ect i remembered that i have these two current accounts which have some money in them but not a lot so there not dormant as i paid in a standing order for the last 9 years of £40 a month which we totally forgot about :( now i wish for my wife to be able to use these accounts to pay bills ect and i am not sure if I can simply add her name onto the account or do I have to fill in more forms. Its been so long i dont have the cards for the accounts anymore so i am going to apply to get replacements sent out but i was just wondering is it an easy change as I dont really bank with them anymore, but the accounts with be used as piggy banking accounts to pay bills ect if it was possible to add her without too much hassle.
Many Thanks

You could add her as a joint party.
Or if you are not using them transfer the money to your current joint acc's and then close the RBS's ones.

You need to book an appointment with a BOS branch which both yourself and your wife need to attend.

They should be able to add her on then and there

You and your wife will need to fill out some forms to add her in branch with ID.

Check what type of account as they will likely be an old type - you may wish to change them to 'Vantage' if more than 1K will be credited each month.
