I used to have a Sainsburys credit card but didn't use it for a while so they 'closed' my account. Trouble is it was in credit by £5 and they haven't sent me a cheque, just keep sending statements saying account closed but in credit! I'm a bit tired of these now and want my money back but if I write to them or ring them it will cost me money! Does anyone have a Freephone number or freepost address to contact them on please?
