That's awful bet your careful to check everyone's feedback before selling anything now. Ebay is great most of the time but there are the odd few that spoil it.

Thought I'd mention the Germany issue on here as so many are selling on eBay.

I haven't sold since, been too nervous! Never had a problem in the past but recently had a few people wanting refunds etc when the items were exactly as described. Joined up to all my local FB pages but I like auctions as i don't have to set a price as I never know what price to put :p

Scarlet and chazsucks contact ebay on live help.

Scarlet the buyer in Germany should have known you are not allowed to.send cosmetics to germany.and shouldn't have bid. Tell ebay what has happened and that you are trying to cancel transaction so you can refund bidder.

Chazsucks - sorry you have learnt the hard way but never refund postage or pyt until you receive the item back in your hand and can check it. Never let someone bully you on ebay. Contact ebay and tell them what is happpening. Shame they wouldnt help you after the fact.

That sucks :( I have loads of stuff to list on ebay at the mo but scared as sold some stuff last month for over £100, buyer then said they hadn't read the description and wanted a refund.. which i initially wasn't going to do but this buyer was quite nasty and flooding my inbox. So agreed to refund if they posted the item back - they gave me a tracking number so I gave them a full refund including postage (nearly £10 by courier)... then received the parcel 0.95p postage... full of shredded paper!!!

So lost out on over £100... and was so upset at the time, but simultaneously happy that this person had stopped harrassing me and that I hadn't recieved bad feedback that I just threw it away and forgot about it... and then a week later got some horrible negative feedback from them to boot. And Ebay won't remove or revise it.

That is awful!!!! I would suggest you put in a case against them via paypal - the tracking number will help as it will show the postage paid and they can tell the weight of the parcel from that. Re the negative feedback you can get it removed if it is designed to paint you in a bad light (such as calling you a thief) but you have to fill in a certain form - i will look it up for you. Don't just let it go £100 is a lot of money and i'm sure paypal can do something. If you still have the emails send them a copy of those as well!

Here is a link to the policy for defamation of character claims - i have used this and got feedback removed - note you have to follow the steps including making feedback private temporarily http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/defam.html

    Hi
Aesop, if possible, please could you include me in the message about Swagbucks as I also cannot work out how to get much from it.
