Hiya, I know I'm pretty late for this month but can I join please!?
We are sooo short of money and my son has suddenly outgrown his carseat (and his socks?!), our TV has broken, our computer screen has broken and the washing machine has been working on and off for about a week now!!! Not only that but my NHS bursary payments for the degree I'm doing have suddenly been messed up and that was my main 'income'! It never rains but it pours, right? :mad:
So I don't know how much I'll be able to do this month (4 essays, 3 exams, placement shifts, plus a conference that I still need to find travel money for) but I'm going to give it my best shot.
I have literally spent all afternoon/evening joining survey sites, and sites like textbroker, elance, fiverr etc.
When I get a chance I have lot's of baby clothes to put on ebay, and other various things. I think we're going to try and get to a boot sale next weekend too.
Will set target at £100 for April :jMisc debts - £5,000 | Student loan - £9,000 | Mortgage - £180,000
Goals for 2015: Sell house & downsize + Increase income + Get debt Free :shocked: {Diary}

I didn't get chance to update yesterday, but I saved £13.10 on my shopping by putting it through in two loads and using 2 £5 off coupons and a few multi buy offers. Not finding much I want on the quidco/topcashback offers n the supermarket though. I did buy coke but then realised it was only redeemable for an on line shop.Make £10 per day in July £45.48/£310

Morning Gang,
My first Bay sale of the month of £1.25 , definitely seems to be very quiet for me on there atm - had lots of watchers on things but barely any bids :cool:
Good luck to those out at car boots & such today.

This is my first month of this challenge and I haven't done very well so far. I joined up to the 'no unnecessary toiletries' thread at the same time but I'm doing really well at that and feel I am making progress there.
I've got several things on ebay - 1 is selling - that will finish on Monday, so fingers crossed. Also, I went to Tesco the other day and OH needed batteries. Normally I would have just bought them, but they were £4 so I didn't, instead had a look on ebay and ordered them for 99p delivered. OH was fine about waiting (well he had no choice!). Can I add the £3.01 to my total? My daughter also needs a new watch battery - normally I pay £10 in town, but I've just watched a youtube clip and taken out the old one, and again ordered a new one from ebay for 99p (exact same battery). Hopefully when it arrives I'll be able to put it in correctly and have saved myself £9.01 (fingers crossed!).
Good luck to everyone else and thanks for the inspiration. Hoping that by the end of the month I will have caught up. :-)OSWL (start 13st) by 30Jun20 6/10
